I would like to share a short poem with you all on behalf of Danielle and Ikram, it’s titled ‘Fairy Castle’ In a fairy castle, just beyond our eyes, Our baby plays with angel toys that money cannot buy. Who are we, to wish her back, into this world of strife? No, play on our dear baby, you have eternal life. At night when all is silent, and sleep forsakes our eyes We imagine we hear you laughing and your tiny little cries. Her tiny hand touching us, so tender and so sweet, We breathe a sigh, say a prayer and embrace her in our sleep. Now we have a treasure that we hold very dear, Our precious daughters’ memory will always be so near.
